"The Search for Waves"

I woke up this morning with high hopes of a sunrise and some killer waves. Arriving before dark the waves looked small and blown out :( I sat around with some coffee for bit and said whatever, I'm here, lets just wait for the light and see what happens. About a half hour later the wind turned from onshore to offshore, the waves started cleaning up. Soon after a small amount of light crept through the overcast sky for a five minute window of light. You can kinda see that in the 4th photo. I had already captured 2 and 3 at this point. I was pretty much done at this point. Then out of no where a bum came and talked to me about photography. I was trying to be polite but he just kept talking. He asked me all kinds of questions and then if I would take his picture. So I did (horrible and out of focus). Just after that, the first of my photos showed up. There had not been a wave like that the entire morning (2 1/2 hours). It is by far my favorite photo of the day if not one of my favorite's ever. Sometimes I believe God put's people in our lives for a reason even if its a bum who just wants someone to talk to. Thanks for Looking,
